Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At Auromin, we strive to provide high-quality home and décor products to our customers. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Policy
● You can request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.
● The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
● Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, designer tables, and handmade paintings, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
● To initiate a return, please email us at support@auromin.in or WhatsApp at +91 9737736698 with your order details and the reason for the return.
● Important: You must provide Unboxing video and clear images of the received product to process your return request.
● Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be picked up.
2. Refund Policy
● Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
● Return pickup courier charges will be deducted from your refund for every return order (charges vary based on the product's weight and size, approximately ₹300 to ₹2000).
● If the payment was made via COD, the refund will be processed via bank transfer.

3. Replacement Policy
● If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer a free exchange for the same product.
4. Exchange Policy
● If you wish to exchange it for a different product, you will need to pay the additional charges as per the product Size, colour as well as the Return pickup charges
● You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting images.
● Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose another product of equal value.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
● Designer Tables, Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved or name-printed products).
● Items that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.
● Clearance or sale items (unless damaged upon arrival).
5. Cancellation Policy
● Customers must request a cancellation within 4 hours of placing the order. Cancellations beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
● If a cancellation request is made after 4 hours but before dispatch, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied as a return shipping cost, along with a 3% payment gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders.
● Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

6. Custom Product Order
● Custom products are those that are created specifically on your request, apart from the standard products available on our website. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for such orders.
● These orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. However, they can be replaced only if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. In such cases, you must email or whatsapp us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Wrong Item / Damaged Product/ Incorrect Size/Incomplete Product/Manufacturing Defect:
If your goods are damaged or one of any above condition, we would be happy to give you the Replacement with the right product. In this case, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products by Chat on WhatsApp notifying us of any damage to the product with pics and unboxing video of the product received. We will schedule return pick up for the product. It is required that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to products during transit.Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Products should be returned in their original packaging and the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
In case of incomplete product / items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.
Didn't Like the product or quality / Size not as per requirement / Changed my mind / Don't need anymore:
We ensure only the best quality reaches to our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly. In case of handmade paintings, there may be minor variations due to nature of the work.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. The return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to products during transit. The returned Products are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the product's original condition. If the product is not found in its original condition, your request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you.
( If the product is return by the customer in any case then it will be at the customer’s own risk if something happens , Or product gets damage & not reaches us safely then in that case refund will not be provided) Any damage to the product during the Re-Shipment of the product is the customer's responsibility.
For any refund for prepaid orders we reverse the transaction you made and for COD orders you will have to share the account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges and Return pickup courier charges are non-refundable. Refund can take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
